How do at-home blood tests work?

Our at-home blood test kits are designed to be simple and convenient. Once you place your order, we'll send your kit directly to your door. Using the included lancet, you'll collect a small blood sample from your fingertip, then return it to our accredited laboratory using the pre-paid envelope provided. Your results are typically available within 2-5 working days.

How long does it take to get my results?

Once your sample arrives at the laboratory, results are typically available within 2-5 working days. You'll receive a notification when your results are ready to view in your secure online dashboard.

Can I book a nurse to take my blood sample?

Yes. For tests that require a venous blood draw, you can choose to have a qualified nurse visit you at home or at a location of your choice. This option is available during checkout for an additional fee. Alternatively, you can arrange your own blood draw at a local clinic or phlebotomy service.

Are the tests suitable for both men and women?

Most of our tests are suitable for everyone. Some tests are specifically designed for men (e.g. testosterone, TRT monitoring) or women (e.g. fertility, menopause, perimenopause). Each product page clearly indicates who the test is designed for.

What can I learn from a Biosensitive blood test?

Do I need to fast before taking a blood test?

Some tests require fasting (typically 8-10 hours, water is fine). This is clearly noted on the product page and in your kit instructions. Fasting tests should ideally be taken first thing in the morning.

What if my results show something abnormal?

If any of your results fall outside the normal range, we recommend speaking with your GP or healthcare provider. For tests with a doctor review add-on, our clinical team will provide professional interpretation and guidance with your results.

Can I take these tests if I'm on medication or supplements?

Yes, in most cases you can still take our tests while on medication or supplements. However, certain supplements (e.g. biotin) can affect specific test results. Check the product page for any specific preparation instructions.
