These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Biosensitive website and the purchase of products and services from Online Healthcare UK Ltd, trading as Biosensitive ("Biosensitive", "we", "us", "our").

2. Nature of Our Services
Biosensitive provides at-home health testing services, including blood testing kits, laboratory analysis, and health reports.
Our services:
- Are intended for general health insight, monitoring, and informational purposes only
- Do not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment
- Are not a substitute for professional medical advice
You should always seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions.
Biosensitive does not provide emergency medical services. If you require urgent care, contact NHS 111 or emergency services (999).
3. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are aged 18 or over
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
- All information provided is accurate and complete
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where these conditions are not met.
4. Ordering & Payment
All orders must be placed via our website.
- Payment is required in full at the time of order
- Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable
- We reserve the right to change pricing at any time
- An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where:
- misuse or abuse is suspected
- there are clinical suitability concerns
- payment cannot be authorised
If an order is cancelled, a refund will be issued where applicable.
5. Delivery of Test Kits
Test kits will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to:
- Courier delays
- Supply chain issues
- External factors beyond our control
Risk in the product passes to you upon delivery, but this does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
6. Sample Collection & Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Following all instructions provided with your test kit
- Ensuring correct sample collection
- Returning your sample within the specified timeframe
Failure to follow instructions may result in:
- Invalid or unusable samples
- Delayed or inability to provide results
We are not liable for:
- Incorrect sample collection
- Samples lost, delayed, or damaged in transit
- Sample degradation due to delays outside our control
7. Laboratory Testing & Results
All samples are analysed by accredited partner laboratories.
Test results:
- Are based solely on the sample provided
- Depend on sample quality and handling
- May be affected by external variables
Results provided by Biosensitive:
- Are informational only
- Do not constitute a medical diagnosis
- Must not be relied upon for emergency decision-making
Customers should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before making any medical, dietary, or lifestyle changes.
8. Cancellation Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase.
However, this right is lost if:
- The test kit has been opened
- The hygiene seal has been broken
- The sample has been collected or returned
- You have expressly consented to the service beginning within the cancellation period

9. Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened test kits
- Used test kits
- Kits with broken hygiene seals
Unused and unopened kits may be returned within 14 days of receipt, subject to inspection.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
10. Failed or Rejected Samples
In some cases, samples may be rejected due to:
- Insufficient volume
- Degradation
- Improper collection and/or handling
Where this occurs:
- A free replacement kit may be offered where the issue is not the customer's fault
- A re-test fee may apply where incorrect collection or handling is identified
We reserve the right to determine the cause of sample failure.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law
Subject to the above, we are not liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential loss
- Decisions made based on test results
- Misinterpretation or misuse of results
- Delays caused by third parties
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product or service.
12. Data Protection & Health Data
We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Health data collected through our services is classified as "special category data" under Article 9 UK GDPR.
We process this data:
- To provide our testing services
- To generate reports and insights
- To facilitate clinical review (where applicable).
By placing an order and providing your sample, you:
- Give explicit consent to process your health data under Article 9(2)(a)
- Acknowledge that you may withdraw consent at any time.
Withdrawal of consent will not affect processing already carried out.
Your data may be shared with:
- Accredited laboratories
- Healthcare professionals involved in your care
- Service providers necessary to deliver our services

- Designs
- Branding
- Website content
Remains the intellectual property of Biosensitive.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without prior written permission.
15. Website Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the website
- Attempt unauthorised access
- Interfere with the platform's functionality
We reserve the right to suspend access where misuse is suspected.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. You and we agree that the courts of Scotland shall have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in another part of the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings to defend your consumer protection rights in your local courts.
