1.2. When we refer to "you", we mean any customer who visits our website (www.biosensitive.co.uk), contacts us by phone, places an order, activates a test, or creates an account.
1.3. These Terms (including our Privacy Policy) apply to your use of our website and services. If any other terms conflict with what’s stated here, these Terms will take priority.
1.4. You can purchase tests for yourself, or in some cases, on behalf of others. The information you fill out on your test kit must match your order details, or you must make it a note at the time of purchase if you are purchasing it on behalf of someone else.
1.5. The person providing the sample must either be the account holder or informed Biosensitive that it is on behalf of someone else.
1.6 To proceed with your results, you must provide accurate personal details including your full name, date of birth, and gender. These help us correctly identify and process your sample.
1.7. You must be able to provide a valid form of ID if we request this at any stage of the process.
1.8. Our services are only available in the United Kingdom. We do not ship kits outside the UK, nor do we process samples that originate from outside the UK.
1.9. Test results and any interpretations provided are for information purposes only. They are not a clinical diagnosis and should not replace medical advice from a qualified healthcare professional. If you're concerned about your results or your health, please consult your GP or doctor.
1.10. Based on your results, we may recommend a follow-up test or that you consult your GP. Acting on this advice is your responsibility. We are not liable for any consequences if you choose not to do so.

Always include your order number and use the email address linked to your account. We may contact you via email, phone, or post regarding your order. Your contact details must be kept up to date.
