Refund Eligibility
Orders are eligible for a refund if:

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and before dispatch.
If this condition is met, please contact our support team to request a refund.
Returns
Due to the nature of our product and hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns once the test kit has been dispatched, unless there is an issue on our end (e.g. we are unable to process your blood sample due to a lab-related error).
No Refunds Will Be Issued If:

Your order is over 7 days old, or

Your test results have already been issued, even if within 7 days of purchase
