Provides an overall measurement of circulating cholesterol. Useful for understanding general cardiovascular health and how diet, lifestyle, or supplements may be influencing lipid balance.
Known as “good” cholesterol. Higher HDL levels help protect the heart by removing excess cholesterol from the bloodstream.
Often referred to as “bad” cholesterol. Elevated LDL can lead to plaque formation in the arteries and is influenced by diet, weight, and metabolic health.
A form of fat stored in the body for energy. High levels may indicate excess sugar or calorie intake and are closely linked to poor nutritional balance and metabolic risk.
Shows the balance between total cholesterol and protective HDL. A higher ratio can indicate increased cardiovascular risk and poor lipid control.
Measures all harmful cholesterol particles, giving a more accurate picture of diet-related cardiovascular risk than LDL alone.
Essential for immune health, mood stability, muscle function, and hormone regulation. Low vitamin D is common and can contribute to fatigue, low mood, and weakened immunity.
Important for energy production, nerve function, and red blood cell formation. Low B12 can cause fatigue, brain fog, weakness, and poor nutritional absorption.
Works with B12 to support red blood cell production, metabolism, mood, and cognitive function. Low folate may lead to fatigue, irritability, and reduced concentration.
A mineral needed for over 300 biochemical reactions, including muscle function, sleep quality, energy production, and stress regulation. Low magnesium can contribute to cramps, poor recovery, anxiety, and fatigue.
A protein made by the liver that reflects your nutritional status, hydration, and overall wellness. Low levels may indicate poor dietary intake, inflammation, or impaired liver function.
Shows how much iron your body has stored. Low ferritin can lead to fatigue, breathlessness, dizziness, and low physical performance, while high levels may signal inflammation or metabolic imbalance.
